Below are some questions we think guests may ask. Please do contact us if you still have a query.
Is it a firm 2PM start?
Festivities begin at 2pm (not earlier) and please be at the venue by 2:30pm at the latest.
Carriages will be from 11pm.
Is there Parking?
Leander has a car park opposite the main gates to the club - please park there if you are driving.
There is a barrier to the car park and this should be raised for 45 minutes or so before the start of the celebration. If it is shut then use the buzzer - on the right side of the entrance (strangely you enter on the right hand side of the gap) and a staff member will buzz you in once you say you are there for the Coady-Trotman celebration.
If you have any issues we'd suggest the Waitrose car park in town could be a good second option. It's a quick walk down to the club from there.
What type of food and drink will we be having?
Before the ceremony we will be serving crisps and bubbles.
After the ceremony there will be more of the same plus canapés and a signature cocktail.
The main meal will be a seated banquet with a choice of main course and fine wines.
Pizza, cheese and cake will be served later in the night.
Soft drinks, wine and beer will be available throughout the event.

But we do suggest you have a good Breakfast/Brunch/Lunch before hand.
What if the weather is bad?
We will have a large marquee and use of the Club's bars and rooms so have no fear.
If it's sunny please do bring sun screen and fine hats
Is there a wedding list/Registry?
We're so happy that you'll be joining us in celebrating our marriage. Your presence is more than enough and the greatest gift you can give us is to hit the dance floor in the evening! If you do want to give us a gift we've put a list together of items and experiences that we'd very much appreciate. We have also suggested some charities (at Wedding Shop and Amazon), that are close to our hearts, where you can make donations on our behalf. Thank you!

Is there anywhere to stay?
We'd advise looking at this link. Henley is in the Thames Valley and there are some wonderful towns in the area - including Marlow.
Are Children Invited?
I'm afraid we simply don't have space for children, plus the venue is next to open water.
Can I bring a Plus One?
With numbers limited we can only host named invitees
